At STRKE Outdoors, we want you to be satisfied with your order. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Items must be returned with original packaging when possible
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Worn or damaged items
- Items damaged through improper use
- Final sale or discounted items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us and we will work to make it right.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
